All returns must be postmarked within seven (14) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags, labels, and packaging intact.
Return Process
To return an item, please email our customer service team at sales@wamure.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving your RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging, include your proof of purchase.
Refunds
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your refund or exchange. Please allow up to seven (14) days from the date of receipt for your refund or exchange to be completed. You will be notified by email once your return has been processed.
